About Attic and Filter Services LLC

Thank you for your interest in Attic & Filter Services. Our company is a small family owned business founded for the purpose of solving a need that exists in virtually every home that has an attic access opening inside the living space. 

As we all strive to improve the energy efficiency of our home, the one area we have overlooked or have had trouble addressing is the attic ladder. Needing to address this problem in our own home we began looking for and later developing a solution. Most other products developed to address this problem have major problems of their own. The majority are designed to rest on top of the attic decking, adding a disclaimer that the attic surface must be flat and level, which very few are.

Our design fits into the same opening created for the ladder assembly. In addition, our door is solidly constructed to provide years of easy, trouble free operation. 

The filter replacement concept was also developed to address a specific need. For many of us replacing the air filter is a hassle at best, dangerous for some. Often filters are in the attic, difficult to access or in ceilings high enough to require a ladder for changing. For these reasons we felt we could offer a service people could truly benefit from. We hope to develop a relationship that lasts for as long as you own your home and to provide such an enjoyable experience you'll recommend us to all of your friends and neighbors.
